I needed a one-time service to get rid of a ton of paperwork that had personally identifiable information on it. I’m sure I was a tough customer, as I needed the shredding truck to meet me at my relative’s apartment and I live an hour away, so I had limited availability. Legal Shred was fantastic. On my first call, they let me know the days they would be in the area and I couldn’t make it work – so I said no to their service. When my scheduled changed, I called back and they remembered me and were very kind about putting me on the schedule at the quoted rate. They even did their best to work around my 1 hour commute to make sure I didn’t miss the truck. The driver was professional and quick to get the paper squared away, and the service was at all times personal and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Legal Shred to others based on my experience.

I called on a Monday and they were here on Tuesday. They called 1/2 hour before arriving and were very quick and thorough. We will definitely use them again.

We found Legal Shred as we needed to get about 8 boxes of paper shredded that accumulated over a few years. The customer service was excellent. They responded to questions in my emails almost immediately and they were excellent to deal with over the phone. We set up a day and time about a week earlier and Scott called me about 20 minutes before he came over. He was right on time. The shredding took literally less than 5 minutes and the price was exactly as discussed. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family and will have them come back in the future when necessary.
